The Story
It all began with just a silly idea. It was about six months before my wedding when My Brag Mag was unofficially created. With so much excitement during the wedding planning, there were so many great moments that I wanted to hold onto forever. So, with a commitment to commemorate this time of my life, I began writing the very first Brag Mag.
I started with the story of how we met, the proposal, and what our friends and family thought about this union! Once all the articles were written, the photos were added and some hysterical quotes from friends and family were gathered, it was complete!
The first Brag Mag was printed and given to all of our wedding guests. My relatives, who were mostly from out-of-state, got a kick out of the magazine’s content. It gave the readers a chance to learn about the guy I was about to marry, about our friends who would be standing next to us at the church, and everything about the past year leading up to this special weekend. The magazine connected us all, through stories and photographs, as though everyone had been there with me throughout the year.

My Brag Mag creates personalized magazines where the content is up to you! Not creative? Not to worry. We’ve got you covered. We help you develop article ideas and content if you can give us the general information. We will edit, proof and help make your articles more humorous, entertaining or heartfelt. The feel of the magazine is totally up to you and your recipients will think you made front-page news!
You will have the opportunity to proof the final product and make as many changes as you feel necessary. You will work personally with your designer to ensure that the final product is exactly how you imagined.
